P4k cameras and internet streaming

Can a firmware update make the p4-6k cameras capable to transmit using a mobile phone?

Technically probably could be possible, as using phone or iPad as low latency monitor or the camera as web cam, but BMD has ever indicated any of these would come available, so I think unlikely to happen.

But maybe you should ask BMD directly via the technical support, and if there is enough such request, who knows, one day, maybe the next version of the camera will support that. Likely quite a lot coding anyway to make that happen and easier if the camera is designed for that from the start.
