Black Magic eGPU Information

Hello. Just purchased my eGPU last week and setting it up right now. However, when I scan through the "products" links on the Blackmagic website, I'll be damned if I can find the product I just purchased, not support options for it.
Frustrated.
Assistance appreciated.

What do I need to know about it? Well, pretty much everything. Looking for something besides the basic startup manual. Troubleshooting, specs, all that you normally receive with a purchase of a $700 piece of electronics...

If I pay $700+ for any piece of equipment I like documentation to go with it. I'm an RTFM kind of guy.

It's not that I try to defend the lack of documentation, but I simply wanted to help.
BTW, there's a lot of knowledge to be found on
www.egpu.io .

I get it, no offense taken.
It seems like posts on this forum take several days to be posted... not overly helpful for users in a "need an answer now" situation.
Would you reccomend the egpu.io community over this one?
