Please help!
My Quad2 card is not found. It doesn't show up in Desktop Video setup, Device Manager or anywhere else even though it's plugged in.
When I plug the Sonnet box in, it lights up like normal and the Sonnet fan turns on...so the Sonnet and Decklink Duo 2 card acts normal/like it's connected....but the computer doesn't. No chimes from Windows, nothing.

I've tried:
- Plug it into a known-good system, and it works perfectly. I even wiggled the cable on both ends to ensure there was no "air gaps".
- Un/Reinstalling Desktop Video 12.1 with several reboots.
- Talking to support. They didn't have a solution for Windows, but suggested taking the advice they give Mac users and "go to: System Pref > Security and Privacy > General tab > allow apps downloaded from..."
- Disabled all Reputation-based protection: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/potentially-unwanted-apps-will-be-blocked-by-default-b9f53cb9-7f1e-40bb-8c6b-a17e0ab6289e (with reboots)
- Tried plugging in a Ultrastudio Mini Monitor, and the LED doesn't even light up
- Plugged in a Hyperdeck (usb-c) and it worked
System:
- New system, no 3rd party software loaded except for Desktop Video + Resolve
- Win 10 Pro 21H1
- Processor: INTEL CORE I9 11900K - 5.3GHZ'
- Video: RTX 3080 16GB G-SYNC
- Desktop Video 12.1
- Sonnet Echo 2 enclosure with TB3 cable
- Decklink Quad2, inside the Sonnet
Thanks
