Compensating or mitigating hearing loss correction when audio editing?

If I am using External monitors simple answer is Rx hearing aids. But what does one do if they want to wear IEM (In Ear Monitors) and even headsets? Outside hearing aids I've had from 4-5 years ago make for feedback if your headset is not set and stablized "right".

Ideas I've either used, or come up with how might these be implemented?
I have a pair of Rx IN EAR percussion hearing aids when using headsets. They work fairly well, the Rx and and my ear config has changed. Are there other option like an app or pluggin that you can tune to your Rx? I'd really like to not be restricted from using a good pair of studio monitoring speakers.

Anyone else tackle this problem with success and suggestions for me?

Thanks in Advance.
