Green video capturing in Premiere

We've had this issue for a long time now, but as I'm about to order some more kit and whether or not we can resolve it will influence which way we go.

We still digitise a lot of tape, generally to 10-Bit Uncompressed SD. The problem we have arises when we are digitising 16:9 FHA footage. The clients want the files to be tagged with 16:9 wide pixels. This, as I understand it, is still impossible in Media Express (we've asked for years about this at IBC!) so for 16:9FHA footage we have to digitise in Adobe Premiere.

When digitising 10Bit unc in Premiere, everything looks fine in the capture window, however on completion of capture, when either double clicking to play back, or dropping the captured footage on a time line, the picture is always solid green (audio plays fine).

The files open fine in QuickTime, but they're unusable in Premiere. Any ideas? This is on multiple machines, generally iMac 2020s with Ultrastudio HDs / 4Ks. The little thumbnail when selecting the file in Premiere even shows the picture fine but just solid green when playing back.

Thank you.

I should add, other codecs capture fine 16x9 in Premiere (Unc 8Bit / ProRes etc), it's just 10unc we have the problem with.
