Question on HDMI to SDI 12G Micro Converter

I'm looking to upgrade my current video editing set up and had a question on the 12g Micro Converter.
I currently have a UHD Eizo Grading Monitor, that's connected (Via HMDI) to a HDMI to SDI 6G Mini Converter, which is then connected (Via SDI) to a BlackMagic 8k Pro Decklink in my computer.
With this set up, I can only send up to a 4:2:2 signal to the monitor.
Would I be wrong in assuming the 12g Micro Converter (in place of the 6G Mini Converter) will allow me to send a 4:4:4 signal to the grading monitor?
