UltraStudio Recorder or Monitor not showing up in MBP

Hi,

I'm having problems making the UltraStudio Recorder 3G, Mini Recorder or Mini Monitor to work with MBP 13 2016.

I've tried many MacOS versions (from High Sierra to Monterey) but it never get displayed on the desktop video app.

The same hardware work fine on Widnows.

I found that it shows up in the system information/thunderbolt devices but never on the desktop video app.

Anyone know if there are any solutions?

try desktop video 11.7 for the mini recorder and monitor (not supported with 12.x)
and 12.1 for the ultra 3G

be shure you allowed the kext in security&privacy in system prefs

i use 12.1 in 11.6.1 with my intensity4k
12.2.x does not work for me

Hello,

Thank you for your info. I was able to make 12.2.1 work for Old mini Recorder then when some extension got updated and I couldn't make none work again, but since you mention the support for the 3G and old ones are different then I installed 12.0 that was the update for Big Sur then now 3G works and old ones don't work. Atlease 3G works now.
