UltraStudio Monitor 3G not showing in Premiere on Windows

Picked up new Dell 7760 with A4000, fresh install of everything.

UltraStudio Monitor 3G is not showing up in Adobe 2022 apps. Works great with no issues in Resolve 17.

What am I missing? Searched forums and can only find people having issues with M1 Macs.

I am having the same issue did you ever get this figured out?

I finally got mine to work by rolling back the firmware on the Blackmagic UltraMonitor to version 12.2.2 and it worked with every edit software I threw at it.
