HDMI Input - Looped Out - Converted to SDI

Hello

Was looking at purchasing a Micro Convertor BiDirectional SDI/HDMI unit.

I am in need of the following

HDMI source > In Convertor > HDMI Loop Out & SDI Signal Out for distribution to system.

I understand the unit with convert in either direction. My question is, will the unit loop out the HDMI from the HDMI input along with sending out the signal down the HDSDI output?

HDMI IN but no SDI IN results in HDMI loop out and SDI Out. I connect HDMI Out AMP to the converter, HDMI OUT converter to HD display and SDI Out converter to Hyperdeck Studio HD Plus
