By "Media Consolidated" I mean that when being brought to me from the editor, they used either "Media Manager" in FCP or "Consolidate" in Avid MC in order to create a collection of their clips with JUST the necessary footage (maybe with handles). This creates many separate clips from the original long take clip/clips. The net result is that, as far as Resolve is concerned, even though the clips originally came from the same clip & should be "linked", they are not because Resolve bases IT'S choice of what should be linked as cuts coming from the same file in its Media Pool.
So, I presume same answer you previously gave, right?
