UltraScope

Hello.
I've tried to connect the Black Magic 2.5 K with a thunderbolt cable to my computer Mac X Mountain Lion. Do it have to appear on the desktop ? I would like to know why UltraScope isn't working. When I click on the application it says: Startup Failed. UltraScope could not configure the capture hardware.
What do I have to do ?

You have to uninstall your version of Ultrascope and install the version from Blackmagic Camera Utility (it includes the different version of UltraScope)

But I have the other problem, my UltraScope cannot see my camera. It shows NO INPUT, but thunderbolt shows me that BMPC 4k is connected!
