Cloud Pod - Missing Dropbox Locations

PostThu May 12, 2022 5:51 am

I've signed in to Dropbox. When try to select a Dropbox folder, I find that I'm only seeing 6 of the 10 folders listed in my Dropbox account.

I signed out and in, quit the app, etc. No change.

I can create a new folder just fine, but I'd like to be able to access all existing folders in my Dropbox account.

I am having the same issue, but only 1/9 of my folders are listed. I need access to one of the other folders and can't seem to get it to work.

Thanks, Peter! PM'd you details.

I noticed that all the folders that do show up, the "Date Created" is 2017 or earlier. All those that don't show up were created after.

Hi there,

I'm having some difficulties too in seeing Dropbox folders, on Cloud Store Mini.
We have Dropbox advanced account setup.
In the root I have my own "personal" folder and then different folders containing media
The whole team has acces to these folders

In the Cloudstore app I can only acces my personal folder.
The dropdown list only show 1 item " dropbox",

Probably some rights management that prohibits this but I don't know if it is a Cloud Store issue?
In Dropbox I have full rights to all folders....

Best regards
Bart

Same issue here. Not all folders are showing in the Drop Box root directory. If I create a new folder via the Cloud Sync Setup, the folder gets created in Drop Box. If I change the directory and then try to change back to the folder that I created, it does not show up either.

Yes! Have you upgraded the software? Was fixed in 1.0.2

I'm running 1.0.3, updated before starting anything.
- Same issue, Dropbox Business Advanced plan, only personal folders are visible.

Hi,

Has there been a fix to this? I can't see any of the Team Folders in my Dropbox accounts.

I have been told that I should be able to access Team folders and that others are able to. So, I contacted Dropbox to see if maybe there is a setting on their end that could be causing this. They were not aware of any and sent me back to asking Blackmagic?

Has this been solved? I really need to find an answer. Our entire workflow depends on having access to the Team Folders.

Cheers,

Keaton

Also having the same issue, I have the latest blackmagic software and have tried on multiple machines with multiple Dropbox logins without success. Need this fixed for the Blackmagic Pod we spent hundreds of dollars on to be used. thanks

I am running 1.0.3 and I cannot see any folders I created under my Dropbox Business account which are shared with my team members.

This was working. We edited dozens of projects in July and haven't used it since.

A few weeks ago, I moved the Cloud Pod from one office to another and when I reconnected it, I could no longer see the folder.

I created a new folder in the business account but I cannot see it at all - only folders that live on the "personal" side of my dropbox account.
