Cloud Pod does not mount APFS drives

PostThu May 12, 2022 2:48 pm

I have a perfectly work GRaid double drive with thunderbolt 3 and USB C connections. I've tried both connections, and my freshly new Cloud Pod does not connect to it. Other single drives do connect fine.
Why does it not connect? the Cloud Software gives me a basic can't connect error.

I have another SSD USBC drive formated APFS, and nothing. Does not mount.

I have updated the software.

ExFAT and HFS+ only for now. See the tech spec sheet for the Cloud Pod.

Not sure about your RAID setup. Grant Petty mentioned that hardware Raid is meant to work. I don't think software Raid is supported at this time.

Maybe they really are not compatible. Would be a shame, since APFS is pretty reliable system.
I hope they’ll add that.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
