Hi, I'm not sure if I just got a bad unit. After running the update and starting to copy my first batch of footage to the cloud store mini, it stopped half way through.
Then the fan kicked on really hard, and a red light started to glow in the lower right of the box. After a few I unplugged it (from all the ports), no HDMI, 10gig e or power - and the fan continued to blow for several minutes.
After a computer reboot and reconnection, I was unable to see the cloud store mini in the cloud store setup anymore, nor find it available on the network, but the fan sure did kick on loud again.
Is there a pin to reset the device, or any advice? I'd hate to have to send it back.
