Decklink 4K Extreme

I have have two Decklink 4K Extreme Cards and I'm having some issues with one of them. One of these cards becomes unusable as an input device if I start the Media Express app. Once it stops working in Media Express I cannot get any video from it in any other app unless I shut down and then start the system again. If I use the card in any other application first all is fine but as soon as I launch Media Express it once again becomes unusable and causes Media Express to stop responding.

What I would like to do is force a firmware update on this card to see if this will fix the problem but I just can't find a firmware update app anywhere. Could someone send me a link to a firmware updater for this card on OS X? Also has anyone been able to get the 4K cards to work on Monterey yet?
