Cloud Pod Access on Windows

PostTue Jun 21, 2022 5:31 pm

Hi Guys,

I am having a problem connecting to the cloud pod in Windows Explorer.

The loud Pod shows up, but as soon as I click on it, it asks me (Windows) for a Username and Password.

1) There is nowhere to specify users in the pod
2) Local accounts do not work (even administrator)

How do I get past the Username Password? Or specify one?

Thanks for any help.

Hi Jack,

Thanks. I did read through it, but must have missed that part.

In case anyone else missed it too:

I found this confusing on Windows.

If I go to Network on Windows and browse, I can see the Cloud Pod listed. If I click on it, I get an "invalid path" error.

If I try to connect by the IP address,
Code: Select all
\\192.168.0.xx
then I get prompted for a username and password, which are both guest. Then it will show me the folder and the files and all works OK.

I am not normally a Windows user, so if someone has a tip for this, it would help.
