Desktop video not compatible with Premiere Pro

PostSat Nov 26, 2022 8:54 am

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me out.

Got the latest version of Premiere Pro and the latest Desktop Video. Premiere Pro doesn't see my Decklink card at all. Davinci will, but Premiere won't.

Is there a bug in the software perhaps.

I've tried reinstalling Desktop Video & reinstalling Premiere Pro in various different ways and orders, but nothing seems to make any difference.

Has anyone any idea what's going on?

Thanks.

Just had the same problem with Desktop Video 12.4.1
Installed 12.4.2 and it works again. It came out after your post.

Cheers

That’s why it makes sense to post the version number instead of ‚latest‘.
Maybe AI can help you. Or make you obsolete.
