It seems that 12.4.2 SDK got released on all platforms, but 12.4.2 Desktop Video/Driver for Linux is/are missing, resulting in warning in 12.4.2 applications:

[decklink @ 0x5569911b6e40] Installed DeckLink drivers are too old and may be incompatible with the SDK this module was built against. Make sure you have DeckLink drivers 12.4.2 or newer installed.
