Hyperdeck Mini recorded color blue?

I'm not sure what terms to even search for so I'm here asking for help.

We have 8 Hyperdeck Minis in the rack with an ATEM Constellation 1M/E.
We record 8 camera isos while sending the loop outs to a switched feed.
One of the Hyperdecks ends up recording in this color while the loop out looks normal on the switched feed. Each time it happens with one Hyperdeck, but it's not always the same one.
This has happened only a few times and as of yet I did not remember to look at the Hyperdeck built-in screen, so I don't know if this problem would have been evident if I had looked, or if it displayed fine but recorded wrong.

Please see screencaps. I'm mostly trying to figure out the name for this "error" and what might cause it.

Thank you for your help.

Hi
I have just finished recording a show on a hyperdeck mini and this has happened to the footage. All the skin tones are blue and the other colours are wrong too. Do you have any further explaination of what causes this?

Just had this exact issue today on set where blue and red were swapped in the recording, but when monitoring it live it looked normal. Anyone got any updates on this?

Same thing happened to us. We recorded a High School Football game on a Hyperdeck Studio HD Plus. Input was SDI from an Ultrastudio Monitor 3G connected to a Mac Mini M1. HDMI output from the Ultrastudio Monitor was sent to a program monitor display. The program monitor video was fine the entire game. When we replayed the video on the Hyperdeck after the game, the was shifted blue as explained in the above posts. How can we rely on this equipment if it randomly does things like this.
