My company has been using the Teranex 2D Processor for years, and this week the Blackmagic Media Express notified us of a necessary update to work further on our Mac Mini 2014 (Monterey 12.6.2). On Blackmagic's website, an update was available for the Teranex itself before downloading the Media Express update. When I downloaded Teranex software update 7.1.6 and ran the installer, there was a loud pop from my speakers and both the Teranex and my Mac Mini crashed. My mac booted fine afterwards, but I can't get power to the Teranex (multiple different 250V cords did not do the trick). I unplugged everything and opened up the Teranex and nothing looks fried inside, but wondering if it's a lost cause, or if there's a suggestion for troubleshooting this further.

Any help appreciated, my company has a long queue of tapes that we UpRes with the Teranex, and this was an unfortunate speedbump.
