Hi all,
Looking for some help here. I currently have a Decklink HDMI Quad Recorder installed and it works wonderfully when I am outputting a 1080p60 signal from my Sony ZV-E10.

However, when I change the signal from 1080p60 to 4k30, my Quad Recorder stops recognizing the device.

Based on the documentation, I was expecting an upper limit of 4k60, so this result is surprising to me. Does anyone have insight on this? Additionally, what other information can I provide to clarify my exact circumstance?
