Turn of window overlay in broadcast monitor

Not in the view menu any more. Where has it moved to in Resolve 18?

I think you mean "Turn Off," and that would be in the Options (3-dot) menu upper right:

A lot of these settings have moved from top View menu to their respective Viewer menus in version 18.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
