Smartview 4K womt work with transmitters.

We just bought the Smartview 4K monitor but it wont work with any of our video transmitters and also don’t work with looped signal thru a sdi splitter (i use the FreakShow HD microsplitter reclocker). We really need this configuration to work so maybe you can advise us on the matter. Thanks!
