Hello,
I am using my Micro Converter 3G SDI-HDMI as a LUT box for my preview monitor. For this reason I created a 3D LUT via DisplayCAL and Spyder 5 sensor. When generating the LUT file I accidentally created a 33 point LUT (33x33x33) - and I was really amazed that it could be loaded into the converter and work as expected.
I saw in the product description that the 3G version only supports 17 point LUT, 33 point LUT is for the 12G version of the converter.
So the question is, did DisplayCAL generate an incorrect LUT or was there a Blackmagic update that now allows 33 point LUTs to be used in the small 3G box? Are there any experiences?
