Hello guys,
the title is pretty self explanatory. I have a Cloud Store Mini which got full last week.
Couldn't delete anything after it got full. I could only copy files.
I figured this was weird so I plugged my mac book in the front usb-c port. As soon as I did that i run the software, it
recognized the device and prompted me that there was a software update. I run the update, everything goes well, and next thing I see, is the storage not being recognized (0.00TB of 0,00TB), the red light in the bottom right lights up and a message shows up telling me the disk requires formatting.
There is 8TB of material on that drive. Had I known there was a risk of loosing my files, I wouldn't go forward with the update and I didn't receive any prompt whatsoever that this would be a possibility.
Can you please tell me how I can access my files to save them?
