I am about to make a new post but saw this and thought I would sare my discovery.

So as it turns out RAID's are not able to connect, but any single disk can. Oddly enough though, each USB port can daisy chain any number of drives (I am up to 9) using multiple hubs to do it. Is this not absolute nonsense?!?!? So it can spin up 2-3.5", 4-2.5" platters, and 3 SSD drives, but not a single 2 drive RAID! That's now 26TB across 9 Drives! This is coo coo for cocopuffs! Check this out...
