Decklink Quad

Hi,
I am a bit unclear about the Decklink Quad recording options.
Could you have Decklink card record two different streams of SDI at uncompressed 1080i59.94 and at the same time record 1080p H264 files from inputs 3 and 4?
Does MediaExpress allow you to do this?
Or do all inputs have to be the same exact setting?

the 4 inputs are discreet but we do not supply any sort of H.264 encoding on input via the decklink card and our software. There are other softwares that could potentially do this (they'd offload the h.264 encoding to another hardware). So it is possible but I don't specifically know what software would do it.
