Morning!
After installing V12.8 Avid Media Composer's start up paused on on Reloading plugin: Open_IO_Blackmagic.acf with pop up warning, screenshot attached.
Rolled back to v12.7.1 and was able to launch without issue.
After raising on the Avid beta forum others confirmed they had the same issue when using BMD hardware with an output only, no input.
Current set up is HP Z2Mini G9 > Windows 11 > Thunderbolt 3 > Ultrastudio Monitor 3G
