Hi,
Can anyone enlighten me as to how to export directly from Photoshop directly into the media pool? I can see the ATEM export function in Photoshop but it refuses to connect via the IP address (even though it is correctly mapped to the switcher). It gives me a communications error and simply says "Cannot connect". I've confirmed the IP address of the switcher (it is a static IP).
In reading through some of the forums and posts I see that a driver may be needed, but I've been unable to locate one.
