Decklink IP missing an input and an output

BMD specs say that the "DeckLink IP HD features 3 channels of video capture and 3 channels of video playback to 2110 IP broadcast systems via a single RJ45 style Ethernet connection".

I only see two.

I'm on a 2023 Mac Pro running MacOS 13.6.4 with Desktop Video v 12.8.1

Also, what's with the IP routing? There is zero information in the Desktop Video card manual or the 2110 IP converter manual. It looks like I HAVE to buy a NMOS router, which seems insane, it's IP.

I can sort of do it from the converter, but it's only one way and the UX is awful.

Double clicking to switch from input to output routing doesn't seem to work.

Got official response from BMD support:

I got confirmation, that the actual versions of DesktopVideo supports the only 2 independent channels in DeckLink IP HD hardware.
Our product management are working to add supports for the third unit in the next release of Desktop Video software. I hope we get it soon.

So, to sum up:

routing: not possible
3 channels: not possible
configuration: not possible

Also, the drivers and/or the IP 2110 card seems to be causing random kernel panics every few days or doesn't show up at all in macOS 13.6.4 until you completely shut down and start up again.
