Resolve 18.6.4 stuck in loading Audio Plugins

hi
today i start the resolve it work fine and it was stuck after 4 hours of work
and the software crushed
when i starting now the software it cannot continue
and stuck with the massage " loading Audio Plugins "

what shell i do to fix the problem please?

Consider adding a system spec in your signature detailing Resolve version, operating system, computer spec.
