I have 2 PCs with 2 Ultrastudio 4K Mini connected via Thunderbolt.
On both, I have a problem: During the capture video PC may lose connection with the Ultrastudio. If I open the list Thunderbolt devices after this, I will not see any device.
After rebooting the PC, in most cases the problem is resolved and I can find the Ultrastudio in the list of Thunderbolt devices and in Media Express application.
This problem may occur once per day.
I tried using both the Windows and Linux version of the app with the same result.
