Problems with MacOS Sonoma?

My reliable cloudpod has now disappeared from my network. I suspect the new Mac update, since it stopped working around this time. My headphones and anything I usb-ish is broken too.
Anyone else got these issues? Is there anything I can do, or do I shelve the cloudpod for the time and go back to the caveman way of doing things?
