Weird glitch with stabalization on export

Pulling my hair out over what looks like a glitch. When I export a video it looks like the last frame of every clip punches in, so it looks like I've added a weird zoom transition to all my clips. Doesn't seem to happen with stabilization is turned off though.

How do I fix this?

I've matched framerates of the project and clips.

Also running 18.6.6.

Grateful for any help.
