Uninstall blocked

Uninstall blocked

I need to down load a newer version of BM Desktop Video for the UltraStudio Monitor 3G (presently on 11.6 but I updated the OS and need to be on 12.2) but the Uninstall is blocked. It has the red "do not enter" traffic sign on top of it. Any advice?

Hello there

The Do not Enter sign i simply to visualise a destructive action as an Uninstall is. :)
Just double click on it to launch it and follow the steps for the uninstall process and you will be fine.
