What 4k>2K converter to use with Decklink 4K Extreme?
Posted: Thu May 02, 2024 2:14 pmI have a LG 65" UHD SmartTV and JVC DT-V20L3D beside my edit bay that I'm using for my reference monitor (not Eizo, or Flanders, I know, but it's what I have and know) and my 4K Extreme card has 4K HDMI output and 2 SDI Outputs. I would like to playback a 4K timeline to both monitors, but down convert the 4K SDI stream to 2K/HD for the JVC monitor.
What MicroConverter (or bi-directional MicroConverter), and what settings (Single, Dual, Quad Link; Use 4:4:4 SDI, Use Dual Outputs on SDI, etc) should I use to accomplish this?
