Consolidating Problem

I have a timeline that contains Arri Alexa 35 footage(3840*2160), 25fps, and the resolution of the timeline is set to 1920*1080. The timeline is reading the files from 7 different external hards that are EXFAT. The folders were locked and then I unlocked the footage and the folders altogether.
When consolidating the timeline with 25 frames handles, I can't check the "relink to new files" option (Because I have other timelines in my project as well). It finishes consolidating with the error of "failed at -name of the footage-". I try to relink the files to the rush folder(Where it has seemingly consolidated the footages), it doesn't work because it seems DaVinci has consolidated all the files but the footages are all corrupted. I can't relink the manually either, again because the files aren't actually copied or consolidated.
Has anyone had face this issue? I would be so grateful to get some help over this.
