Not sure if this is what is going on for everyone - but I find the issue is that when you identify the O/S it can take a Loooooong time (30 seconds or more) before the drop-down list for Product Series gets populated (and again for the Product list).

I would imagine it is doing a round-trip to the database to get that info - and for some reason the server is very slow. I suspect sometimes it takes so long the script will time out.

The web site is working for me right now BUT you have to wait 30 seconds or more before the drop-down boxes are populated after you select the O/S etc.
