When I change local grading to remote grading, the image becomes more saturated, and highlights and shadows are crushed. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it? Thank you!

Local grades and remote grades are independent of each other. There is a contextual menu option to copy grades between them. You really should open the user manual and learn how they work. Also this should be posted in the Resolve forum.
