BUG REPORT: UltraStudio 3G Monitor image freezes
Posted: Mon Dec 23, 2024 3:27 pmI've been chasing down an issue getting Ulatrastudio Monitor 3G to work with ProPresenter on a new M4 iMac
At first the device was not detected by apps because the driver extensions were not enabled, but that was a quick fix.
Then the device would be detected but would freeze after display the first frame of video.
I can confirm that downgrading Desktop Video from 14.4 to 14.2.1 has resolved the issue, therefore there is an issue with 14.4 or a compatibility issue between ProPresenter and desktop Video 14.4
