BM Desktop video does not open

I have a Decklink Duo 2 capture card on a windows 11 PC. When I try and open Desktop Video Setup (14.5), it noes not completely open. I see its icon appear in the TaskBar but when I Alt-Tab, I just see it's window as white box. There has been lately also few problem's with capturing. Image has gone black but audio still comes in. And capture freezing 2 times. Could my card be defected or what might be the problem? Now i'm testing again with Vmix and image comes in normally but Desktop video setup does not open.

Try and go back to 14.4 as I had problems with 14.5.
