BM Desktop video does not open
Posted: Fri Apr 11, 2025 7:52 amI have a Decklink Duo 2 capture card on a windows 11 PC. When I try and open Desktop Video Setup (14.5), it noes not completely open. I see its icon appear in the TaskBar but when I Alt-Tab, I just see it's window as white box. There has been lately also few problem's with capturing. Image has gone black but audio still comes in. And capture freezing 2 times. Could my card be defected or what might be the problem? Now i'm testing again with Vmix and image comes in normally but Desktop video setup does not open.
