M4 Max Studio and Premier Pro with UltraStudio HD Mini

Hi. Has anyone had any issues with Premiere Pro 2025 not seeing the video connection in premiere's video output prefs to the UltraStudio HD Mini?
This is on a brand new M4 Max Studio - 16 core cpu 40 core Gpu 48gb Ram / 1Tb SSD running 15.4.1. System Report sees the HD Mini.
DaVinci Resolve sees the HD Mini video and audio fine but all Premiere sees is the audio connection - not the video. Therefore unable to preview an output through the HD mini to an external monitor.
My work around is HDMI out of a GRaid drive to 1920x1080 monitor.
I've updated to the latest Desktop Video app / tried re-installing etc. Also did a firmware update on the HD mini. Checked all the extensions and security prefs in apple system settings.
Photo Booth sees the HD Mini - not tried OBS yet but presume it will.
I'm guessing that it's an issue with Adobe's software but interested to see if anyone else has a similar issue. Ran fine on an iMac 2017 on Ventura.
Update: Adobe have said that the DeckLinkTransmit.bundle needs to be in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore but it isn't and I no longer have an older backup from the previous system to pull it off.
