Hello,
I seem to have a malfunctioning UtlraStudio 3G Recorder... I have tried the device on two machines (both Windows 11) but with the same result:
Platform: Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
Memory: 64Gb
HW: Thunderbolt 4 PCIe
1) No audio. Using the Desktop Media Express app and OBS, video comes through without a problem but no audio. I can see the UltraStudio recorder in the Windows audio devices list but selecting does not work.
2) there also seems to be an issue how the UltraStudio detects the framerate and video standard of the device connected via HDMI (as reported by Media Express). When connected to a TV/Tuner recorder, the correct resolution and frame rate appears. When connected to a Canon 5D MkIII, video works OK but Media Express reports the camera is outputting NTSC - the camera is set to PAL.
Some help would be appreciated
