DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder - Force 4K resolution

This card seems to ingest the highest or preferred timing coming from the source device.
I have experimented with some different devices that can output 3840x2160 resolution at 30Hz or 60Hz.
For one specific device, the card only receives 1920 x 1200.
I have confirmed that the source device can output the 4K resolution mentioned above.
Picture attached shows the capture card requesting 1920x1200 as "preferred".
How can I force the card to request 3840x2106 from this source device? Is there a way to tune the EDID protocol/specs so that it only accepts specific resolutions?
I am using OBS studio with this card, but I don't think it's the root cause since the Decklink Desktop app also shows the 1920x1200 resolution.
