UltraStudio Monitor 3G not detected by Desktop Video Setup

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble getting my UltraStudio Monitor 3G to show up in Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup.
It says: "No Desktop Video Device Detected."
Here are my details:
Computer: MacBook Pro 2021 with M1 chip
OS: 15.5
Connection: Thunderbolt 3 port using an official Thunderbolt cable
Device: UltraStudio Monitor 3G
Software: Latest version (14.5) of Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup (downloaded from the Blackmagic website)
The device is connected and powered via Thunderbolt, but it does not appear in the Desktop Video Setup utility at all. LED lights are lit up though and it gets warm over time.
I've tried:
Rebooting the Mac
Using a different Thunderbolt port
Any suggestions on what else I could try?
Thanks in advance!
Johan
