Bring back in-timeline keyframe editing

Can we please get the in-timeline keyframe editing back for audio? It is very useful for moving keyframes to a specific position on the timeline.

I often have to adjust all the already existing keyframes and move a bunch of them to the left or right, aligning them with the dialogue track. But in the new keyframe-window, I don't know where to move them and have to guess and give it a few tries, until it kind of matches the position.
(I can't even do that in the new keyframe window, because as soon as I click on the audio-track, the keyframe window turns grey and there's nothing to select. But i guess that's just a bug.)

In this example I removed a section from the talking head and now would like to move all keyframes of the audio left from the playhead to the right (so it matches the dialogue track again.

In 20.1 the edit page has a keyframe and parameters panel below the timeline so the previous in timeline keyframe operations can now be made in context on that special track at the bottom of the timeline.
