Field dominance. Ugh.

Haven't had to deal with fields in a while, and I think the field dominance in my current project needs to be swapped - how do I do this in Resolve?

What format is in question?.
Do you have “Enable video field processing,” selected.
What setting do you have in the clip properties?
Some thoughts, anyway.
