NO HDMI output from Decklink Studio

Hello all

After not using the HDMI connectors on my card I tried it out about 10 days ago and it worked fine. However ever since then I cannot get the HDMI output to work. I have opened up and cleaned the inside of my 2010 mac pro, removed and reseated all the cards and connectors cleanly, and otherwise eliminated that the HDMI monitor had a problem. I am running OS 10.6.7, with Blackmagic design desktop video 8.6. I've trashed preferences both in final cut pro 7 and the decklink preference file as well

Any other suggestions as what to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

THE SKY HAS OPENED UP AND FLOWERS ARE FALLING

Final cut pro was at fault. If you run into the same problem just open a default Blackmagic sequence, say 1080i 59.94, boom the monitor came to life and all is good with the world
