MBP keyboard and trackpad freezing on 9.1 and 9.1.1

I have a Retina MBP running OSX 10.8.2. Ever since I upgraded to 9.1 the keyboard and trackpad on my Retina MBP freezes after about 10 seconds of not using them. When I press a key on the keyboard or try to move the mouse cursor with the trackpad nothing happens for a couple seconds and then suddenly they work. External keyboard and mouse work fine with no issues. Happens with other apps that are running at the same time. If I close Resolve everything works normal. I rolled back to 9.0.4 and the issue went away. Reinstalled 9.1.1 and the problem came back. Tried disabling the Tangent Element and that didn't fix it. I reported it to BMD tech support, but is anyone else is having this problem?

I've been having this problem for a while with the MBPr.

And I noticed this happens only in the Full Version. When I had Resolve Lite installed I didn't had this problem. It started when I upgraded to full version

Hi guys, i'm informed the issue is OS related and is due to the addition of the dongle on the USB port. It can be reproduced with other USB devices and Resolve not even installed. We all hope there is an upgrade to handle this.

Peter is right. I had this issue and found it to be due to Android File Transfer. If you have this application installed, the keyboard and trackpad will freeze whenever there is a change in USB devices. Use Activity Monitor to quit the process and everything will work fine.

Using a bluetooth mouse now. even though the bluetooth device is plugged into usb, it still works. I have had no further problems.
